In case you’re driving, you don’t need to worry about parking. There is a 24h private facility, 150m away from The Modernist.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
We’re always more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay at The Modernist, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us on the day you check-in or check-out.
Why do laundry when we can do it for you? Just place any dirty laundry in the bag in your room and hand it to the front desk. We’ll get it cleaned and delivered back to you for a small charge.

There is a nightly limit of 3 pets at The Modernist.

Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel rooms & spaces. You can smoke at your room balcony or at The Modernist Café.
